Please read all of the details below carefully before placing an online order with Folia. Delivery Most orders are delivered to your door within 14 days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We charge £40 packing and delivery charge for all orders under £500.00 in value. Orders in excess of £500.00 are delivered carriage free. Postage and packing, if paid, will not be refunded after 7 days from the date of delivery unless the item is faulty. Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 7am and 5pm. If nobody is available to receive and sign for consignments they will be left in a safe location (complying with any instructions given). If this is not possible a card will be left with the carrier's telephone number. Please call the number to arrange for redelivery. We regret that we cannot deliver to any address outside mainland UK. Cancellations & Refunds Folia want you to be delighted with your order and the product(s) you receive. Complaints or notification of damages must be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order by sending or delivering to us a letter, fax or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase. If you exercise your statutory right to cancel you must immediately return to us, in the normal way, the items you do not wish to keep.
